Objectives:

• Enhance access to clean and safe drinking water in Arid and Semi-Arid Lands (ASALs) by developing sustainable water sources, improving infrastructure, and promoting water conservation practices to ensure long-term availability.
• Improve access to primary healthcare services through mobile clinics and health camps, conduct health education on preventive care and nutrition, and expand mental health support services, including counseling and community-based interventions.
• Implement programs to restore natural habitats, promote reforestation, and reduce pollution in ASALs while encouraging the adoption of renewable energy solutions such as solar and wind to enhance sustainability and climate resilience.
• Strengthen food security by supporting community-led agricultural initiatives, providing training on sustainable farming and climate-smart techniques, and creating economic opportunities through vocational training, entrepreneurship, and microenterprise support.
• Expand access to quality education by providing scholarships, essential learning materials, and school infrastructure support while integrating ICT training to equip individuals with digital skills and enhance learning opportunities.
• Advocate for the protection of human rights by providing legal support, conducting community awareness campaigns, and promoting gender equality through women’s empowerment programs, leadership training, and policy engagement for transparent governance.
